Oil pump replaced with new circuit works pump.
Cylinder head rebuilt with new valves and ATF selected camshafts.
Compression ratio set to homologated limit. Cam timing corrected.
Moroso sump fitted.
All engine components cleaned and vapour blasted and painted.
Huge increase in mid range torque and power calibrated to series limit.

ATF Big valve head using high quality stainless steel valves 5 angle valve seats strong valve springs with titanium retainers, developed both on dyno and flow bench with significant airflow increases especially at low valve lift.

ATF Raychem loom for 2ZZ with DTA S60 ecu, can be used on standard engine, Supercharged, Turbo, Throttle bodies, mechanical throttle, fly by wire throttle, full control of VVC and inteligent lift system. Launch control and traction control, ALS, shift light, full throttle shift.
